How long does it take to demolish a house?+
Most single-family homes take three to seven days from start to clean lot, once the permit and utility shutoffs are done.
Do I need a permit to demolish a house?+
Yes. Every city in the Treasure Valley requires a demolition permit for a house. We take care of it for you.
Who disconnects the utilities?+
The utility companies do the shutoffs, and we schedule them. Gas, power, water and sewer all have to be capped before we start.
What about asbestos?+
Homes built before the 1980s may need an asbestos survey before demolition. If one is needed, we'll tell you and coordinate with a licensed abatement company.
Do you remove the foundation and driveway?+
Yes, if you want them gone. Most teardowns for rebuilds include the foundation, footings and flatwork.
